SYLVIA joined Pfleger Financial in 2002, bringing sixteen years of insurance and advanced underwriting programming experience. At Pfleger Financial, her responsibilities include case research and design, client servicing, and billing for multi-life cases. Sylvia is also the author of an in-house database system specifically designed to track enrollment, issue and billing for individual as well as multi-life clients.

Before joining Pfleger Financial, she worked for Financial Data Planning Corporation, a software company specializing in insurance programming. During her 16 years at FDP, she held several positions, including illustration systems senior programmer, agency database designer, and liaison to many carrier’s systems departments.

Sylvia received a B.A. in Computer Science and a M.S. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami, and has a Life, Health and Variable Annuity license in Florida.
